This is an original, signed painting. 

Its not unusual for me to take hundreds of photos on a trip that could possibly be used as a reference later for a painting. Other times, I take a photo and immediately say “this one”. Sunsets are always special, but I instantly fell in love standing on the shore of Lake Champlain in Burlington, VT as I watched this ship sailing out of the marina.
